INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Indianapolis Colts entered the week with a bit of uncertainty when it came to some critical players' health. Starting defenders Charvarius Ward Sr. and Laiatu Latu both missed last week's win over the Denver Broncos, and neither offensive starter, Tyler Warren nor Josh Downs, practiced on Wednesday when the week of practice began.
As the week progressed, however, the Colts' injury situation began to clear up quite a bit. Both Ward and Latu were on the practice field Wednesday for the first time since suffering their injuries, and then both Warren and Downs got back on the field and increased their workload throughout the week.
On Friday, Colts head coach Shane Steichen told reporters that no players have been ruled out for this week's game.
The Colts travel to Nashville this Sunday to take on the Tennessee Titans, and on the host's side of things, injuries are not helping them during their 0-2 start to the season.
Here's how each team's health is shaping up ahead of Sunday afternoon's AFC battle:
WEDNESDAY
THURSDAY
FRIDAY
QUESTIONABLE — CB Charvarius Ward Sr. (concussion), TE Tyler Warren (toe)
The Colts get Goodson and Latu from last week's absence (Goodman didn't play Week 1 either), and things are looking better for Ward. If the Colts are able to Ward back then it will help the Colts' pass defense immensely, both in the pass rush and in coverage.
Warren being questionable is arguably the biggest injury still to monitor, as he's been the ultimate X-factor for the Colts' offense this season. If he can't play, it will be some mix of Mo Alie-Cox, Drew Ogletree, and Will Mallory replacing him.
WEDNESDAY
THURSDAY
FRIDAY
OUT — OT J.C. Latham (hip), NT T'Vondre Sweat (ankle)
DOUBTFUL — S Kevin Winston Jr. (hamstring)
QUESTIONABLE — CB Jarvis Brownlee Jr. (ankle), RB Kalel Mullings (ankle), WR Bryce Oliver (knee), CB L'Jarius Sneed (back), G Kevin Zeitler (bicep)
The Titans will be without some critical pieces in starting right tackle Latham and starting nose tackle Sweat. Sneed and Zeitler being questionable are also noteworthy. Sneed told reporters on Friday that he'll be playing this week. If Zeitler is unable to play, that would be the whole right side of Tennessee's offensive line missing.
