Colts Reveal New Nike 'Rivalries' Uniform

On Tuesday morning, the Indianapolis Colts revealed a new alternate uniform from the Nike "Rivalries" collection, which the team is calling "Anvil Strike."

The Colts will wear their new threads on Sept. 27 against the Houston Texans in Week 3 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Texans will wear their Rivalries uniforms against the Colts in Houston on Thursday Night Football in Week 11.

The Colts' Rivalries uniforms bring some features that many fans have been calling for, for years. They feature gray jerseys with blue numbers, stripes, and white outline/name plates. The pants are also gray with a blue stripe (black outline) and pants, and the helmet is blue with a white horseshoe and black facemask.

The Colts provided the following photos in a press release:

"The 'Anvil Strike' design is inspired by the power of one of the team’s most recognizable symbols," the team said in the release. "More than a gameday tradition, the anvil stands as a symbol of strength, resilience and the relentless spirit that defines Colts football."

These are the first of two alternate uniforms that the Colts will sport in 2026, as they'll also don their "Indiana Nights" uniforms against the Cincinnati Bengals at home in Week 16. The Colts debuted that theme in 2023. 

The Colts and Texans, part of the AFC South division, along with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans, join the NFC North as the divisions taking part in the Rivalries theme this year. Last year's collection debut began with the AFC East and NFC West.

Week 3 vs. Houston Texans: Rivalries Week

Part of Nike's 'Rivalries' collection, the Colts will debut their new alternate gray uniforms, which they'll continue to wear once per season through 2028.

Week 6 vs. Tennessee Titans: Adam Vinatieri Ring of Honor Induction

Legendary Colts kicker and 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Adam Vinatieri will be inducted into the Colts' Ring of Honor at halftime.

Week 9 vs. Dallas Cowboys: White Out

The Colts will wear their white helmet, jerseys, and pants. Fans are also encouraged to dress in white.

Week 12 vs. New York Giants: My Cause, My Cleats

Players will wear special cleats themed after initiatives and causes that they choose.

Week 16 vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Indiana Nights

The Colts will wear their "Indiana Nights" uniforms, which feature blue jerseys and pants and a black helmet.
