The Indianapolis Colts entered their on-field preparation for Sunday's AFC South matchup with the Tennessee Titans with a checkered injury report.

Two starters were non-participants in right tackle Jalen Travis (ankle) and linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ribs), as well as a key role player in wide receiver/special-teamer Ashton Dulin (hamstring).

Two more starters, right guard Matt Goncalves and edge defender Jaylahn Tuimoloau, were also limited while being evaluated for concussions.

Here is how both teams' health is shaping up ahead of Sunday's matchup.

COLTS

WEDNESDAY

  • Did Not Participate — WR Keenan Allen (rest), LB Jaylon Carlies (ribs), WR Ashton Dulin (hamstring), OT Jalen Travis (ankle), CB Charvarius Ward Sr. (rest)
  • Limited Participant — WR Josh Downs (rest, hamstring), RG Matt Goncalves (concussion evaluation), RB Jonathan Taylor (rest), DE Jaylahn Tuimoloau (concussion evaluation)
  • Full Participant — QB Daniel Jones (ankle), TE Will Mallory (IR-thumb), WR Darius Slayton (knee)

Carlies missed last week's game after missing practice and was initially replaced at WILL linebacker in the starting lineup by Bryce Boettcher before giving way to Austin Ajiake and CJ Allen. With Carlies still not practicing, he could miss another game. The Colts signed free agent Germaine Pratt, who was the team's starting WILL linebacker last year, to the practice squad this week.

In Dulin's absence, Laquon Treadwell has seen a significant rise in playing time at receiver, while Anthony Gould has filled in on kickoff returns alongside Seth McGowan.

Travis was initially injured late in last week's game, but returned to the field, so this may just be the Colts being cautious. However, if he cannot play, the Colts could go with backup tackle Luke Tenuta at right tackle, or move Goncalves to right tackle and have Jalen Farmer start at right guard. However, Goncalves' status is up in the air.

If Tuimoloau enters the concussion protocol and can't play Sunday, Caden Curry and George Gumbs Jr. will see more action, and perhaps the newly-signed Carl Lawson will get called up for the game.

Jones is new to the injury report but received a full designation. Mallory, who is still on Injured Reserve, returned to practice last week and continues to be a full participant. Slayton suffered his injury in last Friday's practice and was unable to play last week. He'd been a healthy scratch for the Colts in the two game prior.

TITANS

WEDNESDAY

  • Did Not Participate — DE John Franklin-Myers (rest), RB Tony Pollard (rest), S Kevin Winston (quadricep)
  • Limited Participant — CB Marcus Harris (ankle), S Amani Hooker (concussion), TE David Martin-Robinson (hamstring), RB Tyjae Spears (knee)
  • Full Participant — CB Cordale Flott (chest), CB Joshua Williams (pectoral)

The most significant injuries to watch for Tennessee are starting free safety Winston, who didn't practice Wednesday, and fellow defensive-back starters Harris and Hooker, who were both limited.

Spears is also one to keep an eye on, as he's been a thorn in the Colts' side, with four touchdowns in five career games against them.

The Colts and Titans face off on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET on FOX in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium.
