It has been three decades since the Cowboys tasted Super Bowl success, but CeeDee Lamb is asking Cowboys Nation not to lose faith.

Much has been made of the Dallas Cowboys' now infamous Super Bowl drought, which has extended to three decades.

Having not even been close to an NFC Championship appearance since the Cowboys of the 90s made it their playground, fans of America's Team are fed up, and rightly so.

Year after year of being "around the rim" but not genuinely challenging for the Super Bowl has seen some fans wash their hands of the Cowboys until further notice.

Having missed out on the playoffs in back-to-back seasons, the number of fans who have had enough is growing.

Yes, there are still diehards, but after being let down by the franchise year after year, their fandom is being tested.

Now, as we push towards a new offseason, and one that is perhaps one of the defining ones in recent memory, Dallas has the chance to properly address issues and build a team capable of winning a Super Bowl.

But what about the sections of Cowboys Nation who are wondering if their team will ever get to the Super Bowl again?

Well, All-Pro receiver CeeDee Lamb has a message just for you.

"Have faith, man, just have faith," Lamb said on the Rich Eisen Show. "I know it’s a lot to ask for and it’s been a long time, believe in us. We’re continuing to work. I know as long as I’m here, I’m going to continue to work my tail off to make sure that we’re hoisting up the trophy. And we’re going to do it very fashionably."

CeeDee, faith is something that is running in short supply for Cowboys Nation, especially after last offseason, as Micah Parsons was traded.

But now, there is a chance to get some of that faith back.

The hiring process that led to Christian Parker being named the new defensive coordinator was different from previous years and drew applause.

However, the real kicker will be how the Cowboys approach free agency.

If Dallas really does be aggressive (within reason) and sign starting-caliber players at positions of need, and utilizes its two first-round picks to build a competent defense, maybe some of that faith will return.

But until Cowboys Nation sees in real time that the franchise is actually doing whatever it takes to win the Super Bowl, it's as you were, with faith in limited supply.
