Key Cowboys players like Pickens and Williams are battling injuries, and their status for the crucial Chiefs game is top-of-mind.
FRISCO - Most Dallas Cowboys fans are likely still reveling in the historic 24-21 win over the Eagles on Sunday, but here inside The Star, head coach Brian Schottenheimer and his team are mandated to have already turned the page.
The Kansas City Chiefs are up next on Thanksgiving as the Cowboys don't have much time before being asked to go out and save their season once again.
And on Monday, the Cowboys' injury report dropped, and there were a few concerns.
Left tackle Tyler Guyton, defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa, George Pickens and KaVontae Turpin were all DNP's while Dante Fowler, Malik Hooker, Donovan Wilson and Jadeveon Clowney were all limited.
Plus, DaRon Bland, James Houston, Hunter Luepke, Tyler Smith and Soloman Thomas, were all dealing with something post-game, were all full participants.
On Tuesday, an update from inside The Star. ... with largely good news for Dallas, as most of the "sore'' guys have advanced to being "limited.''

For Guyton, he suffered a high ankle sprain in the win over the Eagles, and we believe he will be out for the Chiefs game, with Nate Thomas expected to fill in at left tackle.
Pickens, head coach Brian Schottenheimer stated, was "sore" but we're sure he'll be good to go Thursday, so it is a race against the clock for Dallas' star receiver who “is not from this planet,'' as Dak Prescott put it after the receiver’s standout contributions to Sunday’s improbable win over the Eagles.
And difference-making defensive tackle Quinnen Williams? His ribs are sore after a nasty collision on Sunday with Eagles star Saquon Barkley ... but "Big Q'' isn't even on the injury list at all.
Monday was a walkthrough for the Cowboys, but they now will ramp up in preparation for the Chiefs.
As for coach Andy Reid's 6-5 Chiefs team, they too are dealing with an offensive line issue. Star guard Trey Smith, who has an ankle injury, didn't participate and is unlikely to play, while backup tight end Noah Gray suffered a concussion in the win over Indianapolis, so he is still on protocols.
The 5-5-1 Cowboys grabbed a stirring win over the Eagles, but it's come at a hopefully temporary price with several players sore the day after. So the following few hours will be all about recovery and getting as close to 100 percent as possible for Thursday at AT&T Stadium.
