The Cowboys' offense is ready to put on a show at MetLife Stadium.
The Dallas Cowboys' offense is going to take center stage against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in Week 1.
With Dak Prescott leading the way, along with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, there is no shortage of explosive potential for Brian Schottenheimer.
Yes, a lot of people are interested in seeing how Christian Parker's defense looks as it fully unveils itself, but the offense is still expected to put up a lot of points.
And a big reason for that is Dallas doesn't just rely on No. 3 and No. 88; it has other weapons too.
Ryan Flournoy, Jake Ferguson, Javonte Williams, and KaVontae Turpin are others who John Harbaugh will have to watch out for.
And after being an explosive unit last season, how much more can we expect from this unit in 2026?
"Man, super explosive," Flournoy said. "I'm super excited to see us out there and just to play with the guys that's on this roster with Dak leading the charge and me, GP [Pickens], and CeeDee at wideout and Turp [Turpin]. I think we're going to have a great game. It's just so exciting. I think we all anxious to just go out there and rock out."
The first game of the NFL season always comes with a lot of unknowns, but in the Cowboys' case, we know what we should get.
Prescott connecting with Lamb and Pickens, Williams running hard, Ferguson to get his handful of targets, and the odd explosive play from Flo or Turpin thrown in.
But going against a Harbaugh defense with a stout defensive line isn't for the faint-hearted, so don't expect Dallas to have it all its own way at MetLife.
This could be a battle of attrition.
However, the Cowboys would have to fancy themselves given the weapons at Dak's disposal, plus a stout offensive line that should protect No. 4 even without Tyler Smith; there aren't too many positions where you can say the Giants are better than Dallas.
Still, the game has to be won on the field, and with so much hope and excitement surrounding this Cowboys team entering 2026, a win to kick off the year is the ideal way to build on that offseason momentum.
And having one of the most explosive offenses in football gives you a great chance to start the year with a bang.
