The Cowboys have cap space and draft capital to swing for the fences, but what will be a dream move?

The Dallas Cowboys' offseason is going to be headline-worthy for a host of reasons, most of which will be made by the franchise itself.

The George Pickens and Javonte Williams contracts, and how the front office approaches free agency, are all must-watch items.

Just as Jerry Jones likes it.

But with the Cowboys also having two first-round picks, there is ammunition for Dallas to swing big in a way it hasn't done so for years.

Granted, using those two first-rounders on defensive players in the draft is a good avenue to go down, but some think that one could be used to lure a Ferrari to The Star instead.

But who? And what position?

For Bleacher Report's Moe Moton, in what he names a dream trade scenario for Dallas, Maxx Crosby comes to The Star.

“The Dallas Cowboys are one of four teams with multiple first-round picks in the upcoming draft,” Moton wrote. “They can include one of their Day 1 selections in a blockbuster trade package for Maxx Crosby.

“If the Cowboys pull off a seismic trade for Crosby, they could have a dominant defensive line that also features Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark on the interior.”

On face value, the trade for Crosby is a good one.

But we have seen multiple trades feature George Pickens as a makeweight.

For me, that's not happening.

If the Cowboys can manage to secure a trade for Crosby by giving up one of their first-round picks, and maybe something else down the line, then go for it.

But many don't want the Cowboys to sell the farm for Crosby, despite him being the exact player the defense needs.

Plus, at $35 million APY, he's an expensive trade, but a worthwhile one at that.

Would it be a dream for the Cowboys to finally land Crosby? Possibly. But it would be far from an easy thing to get over the line.

The Las Vegas Raiders' asking price would reportedly be similar to Micah Parsons, and I'm not sure Dallas is doing that.

With the cap space the Cowboys are set to have, along with two firsts, Dallas could easily get five or six players with that, instead of Crosby and two or three.

Because if Las Vegas' asking price is too steep, then this scenario will remain just a dream and not be turned into a reality.
