CeeDee has played six NFL seasons, and at the conclusion of his seventh, he could be near two Cowboys Hall of Famers.

There is no denying that CeeDee Lamb is doing the "88 Club" proud for the Dallas Cowboys.

In just six seasons, Lamb is already a five-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro, along with having five straight 1,000-yard seasons, and his overall stats are nothing to sneeze at.

Lamb has posted 7,416 yards and 41 TDs on 571 receptions as he has established himself among the NFL's elite.

In truth, it feels like Lamb has been in the league forever, but 2026 will be his seventh year in the NFL, and by its conclusion, he could be edging closer to two Cowboy legends for their franchise records.

If Lamb has the year many think he will now that he is fully healthy, he's going to go past some Cowboys greats en route to improving his legacy with the franchise.

How? Let's go through it.

If Lamb has just 573 receiving yards, he'll move into third all-time in receiving yards among Cowboys, with only Jason Witten (12,997) and Michael Irvin (11,904) ahead of him.

He is already third all time in catches (571), behind Irvin (750) and Witten (1,215), and, as far as touchdowns are concerned, if CeeDee manages eight, he'll move past Drew Pearson to be seventh all time.

But here is the kicker: if Lamb finds the end zone 11 times, he'll leapfrog Pearson, Frank Clarke, and Tony Hill into fifth-all-time among Cowboys. Worst case, he gets it in two years.

Over the course of the next handful of seasons, there is every chance that Lamb could establish himself among Cowboys legends. I do doubt he'll surpass Witten for yards and catches (still 5,561 yards and 680 receptions behind).

But based on his current trajectory, he could in five, maybe six years if his current averages for both yards and catches hold (although he would be 135 receptions behind Witten...still).

But as far as the others? Lamb's trajectory puts him on course to reach the pointy end of the record books, and the 2026 season could see him continue his path towards becoming a Cowboys great.

His career is off to a good start, and as he enters Year 7, everything is still in play. Knowing Lamb as we do, I'd imagine he'll want to surpass Witten's records over the coming years, although right now that seems like a tall order.

Once 2026 is complete, we could be looking at only a few Cowboys legends having better numbers than No. 88.
