The Miami Dolphins release their 2026 NFL schedule with the help of Rick Ross.

The official schedule is out for the Miami Dolphins, and the team employed a solid prank to get players in on the release. The video shows staffers telling players that "Mr. Ross" needs to speak to them.

After entering a room in the training facility, they are met by Rick Ross, instead of the presumed Stephen Ross, owner of the Dolphins. Following the hilarious engagement with the players and the rapper, Stephen makes his cameo. A paper also details the entire schedule:

One of the most interesting things of note here, is the Dolphins were not given any primetime games in 2026. While that might sound odd, it does track with how the league views the chances that the team will make some noise this season with a new coaching staff and torn-down roster.

That is not to say that the team will not be awarded a flex game if they perform well, or if they happen to be in a position down the line to ruin the playoff chances of another team, but Miami will be without a primetime slot for the entire season.

Another interesting aspect of the schedule is the Dolphins will face the Packers in the colder months, with an opportunity for Malik Willis' "revenge" game to also shatter the narrative that Miami cannot play in colder climates.

All-in-all the schedule is a mixed bag of competition throughout for the first year under new head coach Jeff Hafley.
