The Miami Dolphins roster remains a mystery at many spots, and there are a few free agents the team may still consider signing.

Although the Miami Dolphins went on a bit of a shopping spree during free agency and the offseason, the roster has some big concerns and glaring holes that may need to be addressed at some point.

The good news is the team is in a much healthier cap space, and could theoretically afford some additional free agents. Whether or not they go for those players remains a big question.

That said, here are three free agents the Dolphins may consider signing.

3. Kendall Lamm - T

Kendall Lamm has been a mainstay backup on the Dolphins for many seasons. He knows the organization and should be familiar with the system under Bobby Slowik.

Despite bringing in some solid additions on the line, the depth remains a concern. Should Austin Jackson experience more health setbacks, it would put a wrench in the presumed construction. Lamm could come in and offer a solid option at right tackle in case the team wants to keep Jonah Savaiinaea at the right guard position without having to push Kadyn Proctor into the right tackle spot.

Lamm might be 34 years old and goes against the younger and cheaper construction of the current roster, but he is a proven veteran and depth player.

2. Trevon Diggs - CB

The secondary could be the biggest concern for the Dolphins. Jeff Hafley indicated that Storm Duck and Darrell Baker Jr. are dealing with injuries, which may be better once training camp rolls around at the end of July.

That is not guaranteed, and that is where Trevon Diggs comes in. Diggs has had some injury issues while a member of the Dallas Cowboys. He spent a bit of time with the Green Bay Packers, so Jeff Hafley could consider the connection a bit more.

1. Rasul Douglas - CB

I will continue beating the proverbial drum on the Dolphins bringing back Rasul Douglas. He experienced a solid bounce-back year in 2025.

With two interceptions, one sack, 62 total tackles, a 54.5 completion percentage, and a 73 passer rating to opposing quarterbacks, he still has the skills to be a strong lockdown corner.

Douglas can also help guide the younger players, and being lined up with Chris Johnson would give the Dolphins defense a strong combination in the secondary.

There are too many concerns there and Miami needs to ensure it doesn't go through the 2025 season where Douglas and Jack Jones were brought in due to a multitude of season-ending injuries.
