Miami Dolphins general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan broke down what his draft strategy is, including going with a "best-player available" function.
Sullivan was also brutally honest on the state of the roster and indicated that the rookie class would get an almost immediate chance to take the field.
With Troy Aikman continuing his consulting with the Dolphins, Sullivan indicated that he would not be consulting on draft picks and would be in the draft room.
