The Philadelphia Eagles' offense scored just 15 points on Black Friday against the Chicago Bears and lost their second game in a row.
The offense entered halftime with only two first downs.
After the game, WR A.J. Brown told reporters that he still believes the Eagles have the right personnel to turn the offense around.
"Anything can get better, just having a positive attitude towards it and really focus on it, and continue chipping away," Brown said. "I said last game, we got the right people in this locker room to get it fixed, and I believe that."
Brown played well against the Bears. He had 10 catches on 12 targets for 132 yards and two touchdowns.
However, the Eagles ran only 51 plays and QB Jalen Hurts turned the ball over twice.
Philadelphia entered the Chicago game ranked 24th in yards per game (303.6), 23rd in passing (193.2), 21st in rushing (110.5) and 18th in points (23.2) despite having Saquon Barkley, Brown, DeVonta Smith and Jalen Hurts.
Brown has 56 catches on the season for 699 and six touchdowns. He's been vocal about how the offense hasn't been good and the numbers back him up.
"We'll evaluate everything, but like I said to you guys, when you win, when you lose, it's never about one person," Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said. "We all collectively have to do a better job and that's going to be starting with us as coaches, starting with me as head coach, finding solutions to get the offense going, and so I'll put that on us as a staff and put that on me most individually there to help get this thing pointed in the right direction.
"But I still stay with that. It's the greatest team sport there is and it's never about one person. We all have to look internally, and all have to get better, coaches and players."
The Eagles are averaging 22.5 points per game. They are 22nd in the NFL in passing yards 24th in total yards.
It doesn't look like Philadelphia will repeat as Super Bowl champions this season. There's also a chance that Brown gets traded in the offseason since he's clearly not happy with Hurts anymore.
