Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts spoke about the futures of OC Kevin Patullo and WR A.J. Brown.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts met with reporters on Monday, one day after the Eagles lost to the San Francisco 49ers in the Wild Card Round of the 2026 NFL playoffs.

Hurts was asked if he wants OC Kevin Patullo and WR A.J. Brown back, and as expected, the reigning Super Bowl MVP gave a professional answer.

The Eagles' offense was below-average under Patullo this season and Brown and Hurts were not on the same page at all.

Brown, one of the best wideouts in the NFL, had several drops against the 49ers and was booed by Eagles fans. The Pro Bowler didn't speak with reporters on Sunday or Monday.

The Eagles are widely expected to fire Patullo, who took over as OC after Kellen Moore left to become the head coach of the New Orleans Saints. Hurts and Co. were 19th in the NFL in points per game under Patullo. They were seventh in scoring last season under Moore and won the Super Bowl.

During the regular season, the Eagles ranked 23rd in the NFL in passing yards and 18th in rushing yards.

As for Brown, the Pro Bowler could get traded this offseason. He complained all season just to drop passes in the playoffs. He also got into a shouting match with Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni during the 49ers game.

Brown had 78 catches for 1,003 yards and seven touchdowns in the regular season.

Hurts finished with 3,224 passing yards, 25 passing touchdowns, 421 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns this season. He will be back with the Eagles next season.

It's hard to repeat as Super Bowl champions. It's even harder when your best WR is whining all the time and your OC isn't good at his job. It's impressive that Hurts kept his composure all season long and never threw people under the bus.

After the Eagles fire Patullo, it will be intriguing to see who they hire. Meanwhile, Brown's future is certainly worth keeping an eye on. Many people around the NFL believe Philadelphia needs to trade the veteran and make DeVonta Smith the No. 1 WR.
