The Philadelphia Eagles will be up against Case Keenum in their Week 3 game against the Chicago Bears.

The Philadelphia Eagles are taking on the Chicago Bears in a Week 3 matchup on Monday, but it won't feature star quarterback Caleb Williams.

Williams is out for the Bears as he recovers from a hamstring strain that he suffered in Week 2. Backup quarterback Tyson Bagent was also questionable throughout the week, but he cleared concussion protocol ahead of the Monday Night matchup.

However, Chicago is opting to have Bagent serve as the backup, and they will be starting veteran Case Keenum. Keenum is in his 15th season in the league and has a ton of experience, but he hasn't appeared in a game since the 2023 season.

In that season with the Houston Texans, he played in two games, completing 64.2 percent of his passes for 291 yards, a touchdown, and three interceptions.

In his career, the 38-year-old has completed 62.3 percent of his passes for 15,175 yards, 79 touchdowns, and 51 interceptions. While he hasn't been on the field in a regular-season game in some time, the Eagles can't take the night off.

Chicago has a talented offense with weapons like D'Andre Swift, Kyle Monangai, Rome Odunze, Luther Burden III, and Colston Loveland. Swift has been strong in the run game, rushing for 169 yards and three touchdowns, while Monangai has also been explosive, adding 147 yards and a touchdown.

The receiving game has been more inconsistent for the Bears thus far, as Odunze has five receptions for 95 yards, Burden has eight receptions for 95 yards, and Loveland has one catch for three yards.

Although these numbers aren't impressive, either one of these weapons could break out at any moment, and Philadelphia's secondary needs to be prepared.

The Eagles will also need to look out for Kalif Raymond, who has surprisingly been one of Chicago's top weapons in the first two weeks of the season. The 32-year-old wide receiver previously played under Ben Johnson when he was the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions, and his familiarity with the system is paying off.

Raymond has 13 receptions for 124 yards through the first two games, leading the team in receiving yards.

With all the weapons the Bears have and a strong play-caller in Johnson, Philadelphia will still have a challenging game ahead, despite facing Keenum. If the Eagles can win the turnover battle, it would go a long way toward securing a win over Chicago.
