The Atlanta Falcons head into the final stages of their offseason program before training camp gets going at the end of July and things start to get very real going into the 2026 season.

Entering a new era as a franchise under a new coaching staff and front office, it's no secret that what they have been doing for the last decade has not produced the kind of results they are looking for. Kevin Stefanski brings a high baseline level of professionalism to the organization and was able to even get the Cleveland Browns back to the playoffs.

A consummate professional, Stefanski's offseason program is being noticed by players, and the efficiency to which things are being carried out has been something the players have been thrilled with.

While speaking with Falcons.com, London raved about the way things are being run so far in the building since Stefanski arrived.

"I would honestly just say we're working. It's a huge difference. We're working right now. We're getting after it," London said. "Everybody's here at the moment, and we all have the same goal in mind. We're just pushing and pulling people along as we go. I think that's the biggest difference right now is genuinely the same goals [are] in play."

After signing a huge extension this offseason, London's opinion on the state of the franchise is as important as any player in the building. The new regime made it very clear that he is a huge part of the plan moving forward for the future, and clearly, he believes in the direction things are starting to head.

This team is of course going to have to prove it on the field, but based on everything that has been said throughout the offseason, Stefanski was the right hire for the job.

Atlanta needed someone who has done it before in terms of bringing a team from the depths to the promised land, and Stefanski himself needed a fresh start. If the Falcons can continue to buy into his process and allow themselves to believe they can win under him, they can do some huge things this year.

Time will tell on the field if they made the right hire, but the way things have gone so far this offseason, it's hard to think there would have been a better man for the job.
