The Jaguars have hired Brian Picucci from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their new run game coordinator, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday.

Picucci spent the 2025 season as offensive line coach for the Buccaneers and was in Tampa Bay for two seasons. He was an assistant line coach for the Bucs in 2024, working on the same staff as current Jaguars head coach Liam Coen.

Picucci also worked with Coen while the two were at the University of Kentucky.

Picucci has coached for over 30 years, with multiple stops at the college level; he also coached tight ends for two years under former head coach Matt Patricia with the Detroit Lions.
