Jags Coach Sinks Basket for Charity on McAfee Show

Anybody who is anybody in the NFL world descends on radio row during Super Bowl week and this year is no different leading up to Super Bowl LX between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots. That includes Jaguars head coach Liam Coen, who made an appearance this week on The Pat McAfee Show from radio row at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Among the banter between McAfee and Coen was a chance to Coen to make some money for charity. McAfee typically allows his guests a shot with a mini basketball and hoop. If they make the shot, the show will donate money towards a charity of the guest’s choice.  Coen wasted no time making his shot, easily draining his first attempt and securing the charity money. Coen does come from an athletic background. He played quarterback for four years at UMass and spent time in the old AF2, the now-defunct minor league of the Arena Football League. ㅤ Join the Community! Ex-Jaguars OC Press Taylor Promoted by Bears

Press Taylor, who served as Jacksonville Jaguars' offensive coordinator for three seasons from 2022-2024, was promoted to offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Taylor was the pass game coordinator for Bears head coach Ben Johnson in 2025. Taylor will succeed Declan Doyle in the position after Doyle left to become offensive coordinator and play-caller for the Baltimore Ravens. Taylor, the brother of Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor, has been an NFL coach since 2013, when he was an offensive quality control coach for the Philadelphia Eagles under head coach Chip Kelly. Taylor also worked with the Eagles under head coach Doug Pederson, winning Super Bowl LII and has also spent time with the Indianapolis Colts. ㅤ Join the Community! Jaguars Poach Offensive Assistant from Buccaneers

The Jaguars have hired Brian Picucci from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their new run game coordinator, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday. Picucci spent the 2025 season as offensive line coach for the Buccaneers and was in Tampa Bay for two seasons. He was an assistant line coach for the Bucs in 2024, working on the same staff as current Jaguars head coach Liam Coen. Picucci also worked with Coen while the two were at the University of Kentucky. Picucci has coached for over 30 years, with multiple stops at the college level; he also coached tight ends for two years under former head coach Matt Patricia with the Detroit Lions. ㅤ Join the Community! Bills Complete Interview with Jaguars Coordinator

The Buffalo Bills announced Sunday they have completed an interview with Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Grant Udinski. Udinski has interviewed twice with the Cleveland Browns. The Bills are the only other team that has shown interest in interviewing the 30-year-old to this point. Buffalo fired coach Sean McDermott on Jan. 19, following its 33-30 loss in the playoffs' divisional round against the Denver Broncos. Udinski just finished his first season as offensive coordinator following three seasons spent working under Kevin O’Connell and the Minnesota Vikings. ㅤ Join the Community!
