The Jacksonville Jaguars extended their winning streak to seven games Sunday, holding off Philip Rivers and the Colts, 23-17, in Indianapolis' last home game of the season.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence ran for two touchdowns and Cam Little kicked three field goals for the Jaguars, who improved to 12-4, solidifying their lead in the AFC South over the Houston Texans (11-5), with one regular-season game remaining.
The Jaguars reached 12 wins for the first time since 2005 and the third time in franchise history.

Rivers went 17-for-30 for 147 yards and one touchdown. He had one interception.
Head coach Liam Coen said he was "very proud" of his Jaguars team, going on the road and getting a "huge win" in the division again.
"We know what kind of players they have, and that quarterback keeps getting better," Coen said of the Colts.
The 44-year-old was brought back from retirement to take over for Daniel Jones following Indy's 36-19 defeat in Jacksonville on Dec. 7. Jones, who had been a credible NFL MVP candidate, suffered a season-ending torn ACL in the first quarter of what was then the Colts' fifth loss of the year.

The Texans maintain the No. 2 spot in the AFC South with one game left in the regular season, when they host the Colts on Sunday, Jan. 4.
The Jags will host the Tennessee Titans (3-13) to wrap up regular-season play. The Titans fell 34-26 on Sunday in a comeback by the New Orleans Saints.
Jacksonville's offense outgained the Colts 370 yards to 204, as Lawrence went 23-for-37 passes for 263 yards. The No. 1 pick in the 2021 NFL draft threw an interception in the end zone Sunday, his first INT since he tossed three against the Cardinals on Nov. 23 in Arizona. Lawrence, who rushed eight times for 26 yards and the Jags' only two TDs, was also sacked twice and was under pressure from the Colts throughout the contest.
Lawrence now has seven rushing TDs this season.
The Jaguars also took down Rivers twice -- defensive ends Travon Walker and Josh Hines-Allen each notched a sack Sunday. It was the fifth straight game Hines-Allen has notched a sack versus the Colts.
"The defense had to pick us up today," Lawrence told Fox Sports' Pam Oliver after the game. "(We) just find a way to win -- that's what's important."
The Colts jumped out to an early 10-0 lead, with a 33-yard Blake Grupe field goal in the first quarter and a rushing TD by Jonathan Taylor early in the second.
It was the Colts tailback's league-leading 18th touchdown of the season, tying him with Hall-of-Famers Emmitt Smith and LaDainian Tomlinson and HOF-hopeful Priest Holmes as the only players in NFL history with at least 18 rushing TDs over multiple seasons. Smith reached that threshold three times, Tomlinson and Holmes twice. Taylor last scored 18 rushing TDs in 2021.
Taylor, who had 999 rushing yards ahead of Sunday's game, went over 1,000 yards on the season, finishing Sunday with 70 yards and one TD on 21 carries.
The Jaguars turned the ball over in the red zone in the first quarter, when Lawrence tossed to Jakobi Meyers in the backfield, and Meyers tried to pitch the ball to Travis Etienne Jr. on the run, and Etienne bobbled it away.
Down 7-10 and looking to score before halftime, the Jags lined up in the red zone with 21 seconds left. But a Lawrence pass meant for Parker Washington was picked off in the end zone by Colts linebacker Germaine Pratt in the end zone.
Travis Etienne Jr. led Jacksonville with 76 yards rushing on 17 carries. Washington had eight catches for 115 yards, while tight end Brenton Strange and receivers Brian Thomas Jr. and Jakobi Meyers combined for 132 yards on 13 receptions.
Etienne also surpassed 1,000 rushing yards this season, making it the third time in his career that Etienne has reached that milestone.
Two possessions into the second half, Lawrence ran in his second TD to give the Jags a 14-10 lead. A Taylor rushing TD was called back, but a defensive pass interference call against the Jaguars put the Colts on the 5-yard line, where Rivers hit TE Mo Alie-Cox to put Indy up 14-17.
Jacksonville settled for a FG late in the 3rd quarter to tie the game, then another three points after Jones picked off Rivers. Little sealed the win by kicking a 53-yard FG with 18 seconds remaining.
Backup Riley Leonard, in his return to action after being sidelined following Week 14 in Jacksonville, spelled River with four seconds left on the clock. He heaved a Hail Mary to the end zone, which was snagged by Jags safety Antonio Johnson as time expired.
The Jaguars now have 21 interceptions on the season, second-most in the league in 2025 (trailing the Chicago Bears), and tied for the most in a single season in franchise history (2017).
