Wilson knows everything is ahead of the Jets.
For the New York Jets to become the team they're supposed to be, they'll need to learn how to win.
The Jets have definitely played better football this season, but now, after a disappointing loss against the Chicago Bears in Week 4, they sit at 1-3.
It doesn't really feel like much has changed for the Jets in terms of winning games, and until that changes, fans are rightfully going to be upset with the ownership, coaching staff, and players.
If there's one positive for the Jets, it's that the schedule will be a bit lighter over the next three weeks.
The Jets will take on a Cleveland Browns team that, despite playing pretty well, should be beatable. They'll then face two division opponents in the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins.
The Patriots look very beatable this season, and the Miami Dolphins are arguably the worst team in the NFL.
If the Jets want the season they're looking for, they need to find a way to win at least two of these next three games.
Players in the organization are excited to get going in these AFC matchups, too, as the Jets have played three straight NFC teams to start this season.
Speaking to reporters, the guys aren't giving up on this season yet, understanding that a lot of it is still in front of them.
"We've got AFC ball next week, so we've got the biggest part of our season starting now," WR Garrett Wilson said, per the team.
"We didn't start the way we wanted to, but we still have everything in front of us and a special opportunity on Sunday."
"You got to have a short memory," RG Joe Tippmann said.
"We've got to take the opportunity to learn from it and then we've got to forget it. That's what tomorrow's for, what tonight's for, watching the game on the plane and all that kind of stuff. Just being able to go through there and clean up what we can clean up and you know see what we can do for this coming week."
Sunday in Week 4 against the Chicago Bears was definitely the Jets' most disappointing game of the season. They couldn't get anything going on offense, which wasn't really expected given how well the offense played over the first couple of weeks.
However, if the Jets watch film, figure out what went wrong, and get back on track, everybody will be more than fine.
