New York Jets HC Aaron Glenn is cleaning house.

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn has fired another coach.

Glenn and the Jets are parting ways with OC Tanner Engstrand.

The Jets now need a new DC and OC.

Glenn went 3-14 in his first season. The former New York star wasn't happy with his assistant coaches this season.

After all, Glenn has now fired over seven coaches since the season ended.

The Jets' offense was a walking disaster this season. They were 29th in the NFL in points per game and 32nd in passing yards under Engstrand, who followed Glenn to New York from Detroit.

New York started three QBs in 2025: Justin Fields, Tyrod Taylor and Brady Cook. The three QBs combined for 2,777 passing yards and 14 touchdown passes.

Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers -- who was released by the Jets after Glenn was hired -- finished the 2025 season with 3,322 passing yards and 24 passing touchdowns with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Jets have the second overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. They are expected to draft a QB and release Fields, who signed a two-year, $40 million contract last offseason.

New York has been a walking disaster for years. Many Jets fans believe Glenn should be fired since his team made putrid NFL history twice this season.

New York is the first NFL team in history not to record a defensive interception and lose five straight games by 23 or more points in a single season.

"Once the offseason starts, we're going to work our asses off, and we will remember everything," Glenn said. "That's all I'm going to say: We will remember everything."

The Jets were projected to draft Dante Moore with the second pick in the 2026 draft. However, Moore is going back to college.

It will be interesting to see who the Jets hire as their new OC and DC and who the starting QB is next season.

"I understand what everybody on the outside is saying," Glenn said. "I'm going to take all those arrows, and that's OK, because I do know this: It's going to turn. And I'm confident in that. ... Just trust me. I know it's hard to say, but trust me and have faith in what we're doing."
