The Rams and Baltimore Ravens sit atop predictions with an 11.5-win total. Several other teams aren't far behind with double-digit projections of 10.5.
Worst Projections
The Cardinals and Dolphins stand alone at the bottom of the list with only 4.5 wins being the set total. However, if Miami gets strong play out of former Green Bay Packers passer Malik Willis, the team could blow past its prediction quickly.
Biggest Risers
Despite finishing last in the NFC North last season, the Detroit Lions have the best win total outlook of the division going into 2026 at 10.5. The Tennessee Titans, led by electrifying young quarterback Cam Ward, also get a vote of confidence. Despite finishing with just three wins last year, the total for 2026 has already risen to 6.5.
