New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has made the 53-man roster.
New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has made the 53-man roster for the 2026 season. Beckham's return to the Giants is now official after he was a star for them from 2014 to 2018.
Across those five seasons with New York, he hauled in 390 receptions for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns while making it to three Pro Bowls.
Beckham did not play in the 2025 season, but stayed healthy and played well enough in training camp and the preseason to earn a roster spot with the Giants.
He could be a contributing weapon for the offense alongside star receiver Malik Nabers. Nabers will be the focal point as he had 109 receptions for 1,204 yards and seven touchdowns in his rookie campaign in 2024. Nabers only appeared in four games in the 2025 season before suffering a torn ACL, but he will return in the 2026 season.
USA TODAY Network via Reuters ConnectOutside of Nabers, the Giants have a plethora of options at receiver, including Beckham, Darius Slayton, Darnell Mooney, and Malachi Fields. It's an unproven unit outside of Nabers, but each receiver has shown flashes of talent.
The 33-year-old Beckham may no longer be a star, but he could help quarterback Jaxson Dart and the young New York offense in 2026.
Dart showed potential in his rookie season, completing 63.7 percent of his passes for 2,272 yards, 15 touchdowns, and five interceptions while rushing for 487 yards and nine touchdowns.
As he enters a new system under head coach John Harbaugh, Dart's potential could be maximized, and the Giants could be a sleeper team in the NFC.
New York has a talented roster and Harbaugh's track record, including a 180-113 record with the Baltimore Ravens and a Super Bowl title in 2012. With a talented defensive line to lean on, an improved coaching staff, and some quality young pieces on offense, the Giants have a lot of promise ahead of the 2026 season.
Beckham was once one of the most popular players in the league and an elite weapon for New York, and he will now return to the team and look to be a contributing piece on offense.
