Giants Roundtable Podcast, Ep. 13: John Harbaugh New York Bound? cover image

Matthew Schmidt and Dylan Feltovich of New York Giants Roundtable discuss the possibility of John Harbaugh joining the Giants, Abdul Carter's rookie campaign, NFL Draft predictions and more in the latest episode of the Giants Roundtable podcast.

The New York Giants have a ton of imperative decisions to make this offseason, but perhaps none are more important then deciding upon a head coach.

It's looking like John Harbaugh could be the answer for the Giants, as the former Baltimore Ravens coach is very interested in the job.

New York also has plenty of options to consider heading into the NFL Draft, especially with the health of Malik Nabers in question.

Matthew Schmidt and Dylan Feltovich discuss all that and more in the latest episode of the Giants Roundtable podcast.

The topics are as follows:

  • The Giants are reportedly one of two finalists for Harbaugh, with the other team being the Atlanta Falcons. Is New York the more attractive destination? Would Harbaugh be a good fit with the Giants? Could Big Blue be next year's version of he New England Patriots if he arrives?
  • Abdul Carter had a fantastic end to his rookie campaign, but he was recently blasted by a New York sports radio host for what the personality called an "embarrassingly bad" first season. But how did Carter actually play in 2025? And how much potential does he have heading into 2026?
  • Nabers is not sure when he will return from the torn ACL he suffered back in Week 4, and others have speculated that he may have suffered more damage than jus the ACL tear. How worried should the Giants be, and how much of an effect will Nabers' questionable health have on the team's offseason plans?
  • In this week's NFL Draft spotlight, Schmidt and Feltovich highlighted USC wide receiver Makai Lemon, whom Feltovich in particular really likes. But would Lemon actually be a good fit for the Giants? Or would his lack of size present a problem, especially considering that Nabers himself is not exactly a big receiver?
  • New York has the fifth overall pick in the NFL Draft, so it did not land a top-two pick like we all initially hoped. But does there still exist a world in which the Giants can trade down from No. 5 and pick up more draft capital, especially if Dante Moore somehow slips? Or maybe a team really wants to move up for Ty Simpson?

All that and more in the newest episode of the Giants Roundtable podcast.
