The New York Giants should already be looking to add this potential Wan'Dale Robinson replacement in free agency.
The New York Giants may very well lose wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson to free agency, which would be a devastating blow to the offense with Malik Nabers' status for 2026 in question.
Robinson racked up over 1,000 yards in 2025 and became a favorite target for Jaxson Dart, so his potential departure would be tough.
However, with Robinson seeming likely to land a deal worth north of $15 million annually in free agency, the Giants may have no choice but to go in another direction.
Yes, New York can always select a receiver in the NFL Draft, and Ohio State's Carnell Tate has become a popular choice at No. 5. But the Giants need some depth, too.
That's why New York should already be examining the possibility of signing Jalen Nailor once free agency opens next month.
Nailor spent the first four years of his career with the Minnesota Vikings but has been short on opportunities thanks to the presence of Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, not to mention other pass-catching weapons like T.J. Hockenson and Aaron Jones.

That has become a recurring theme for Nailor throughout his NFL tenure, as he has gotten first downs on 55 of his 69 receptions. That is a remarkably impressive feat that deserves attention. What's more, he has scored 11 receiving touchdowns.
Put this into perspective: Robinson has punched in nine touchdowns on 268 career catches. Again, Nailor has 11 on 69 receptions.
Of course, opportunity and scheme plays a role there, but Nailor has definitely shown a penchant for making big plays in big moments.
Nailor has operated out of the slot in Minnesota, and if Robinson leaves, the Giants would be able to slide him into that role here in New York.
The Michigan State product would represent a much cheaper alternative, and it would be interesting to see what he could do with more targets.
Spotrac is projecting Nailor to land a one-year, $4.7 million deal on the open market. Nothing against Robinson, but Nailor might actually represent the far superior bang-for-your-buck option for Big Blue.
