Jameis Winston played a good game against the Commanders for the Giants, but the two teams ended with a tie.

In what ended up being one of the weirdest endings to a game in recent memory, the New York Giants tied with the Washington Commanders this past weekend.

The entire game was a back-and-forth contest, with New York coming back from being down two touchdowns in the fourth quarter. The Giants had a chance to win the game in overtime, but a costly fumble in field goal range cost them.

Thankfully for New York, the Commanders use of clock management was poor, ending the game in a tie. Neither team did enough to win the game, and now both will move forward with the tie in the standings.

For the Giants, the team has to be impressed with how the group responded after going down two scores, being able to force overtime. But the costly fumble will haunt this team, losing them a chance to move to 4-1 on the season.
