The Green Bay Packers had two defenders selected as All-Pros.

The Green Bay Packers had two players named to the All-Pro teams: pass rusher Micah Parsons was named a first-team All-Pro, and safety Xavier McKinney was named a second-team All-Pro.

Parsons making the first team is an impressive feat, given that he missed the final three games of the season. In the 14 games he played, Parsons had 41 total tackles, 12.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, and 26 quarterback hits.

His impact on the defense was profound in his first season as a Packer. While Green Bay had to part with Kenny Clark and two first-round picks to acquire Parsons, it turned out to be well worth it.

The Packers have him locked up on a four-year $188 million deal, tying him to the franchise through the 2029 season.

Parsons will look to have an even better season in 2026 when he returns from his torn ACL.

McKinney is another home run addition that general manager Brian Gutekunst has made for Green Bay's defense over the last couple of years. The 26-year-old was a first-team All-Pro in the 2024-25  season and is now a second-team All-Pro this season.

The Packers poached McKinney from the New York Giants on a four-year $68 million deal. He played at a high level this season, as he had 107 total tackles, two interceptions, 10 pass breakups, a forced fumble, and a sack.

Green Bay's defense was elite with Parsons and McKinney leading the way. With all the injuries piling up, including Parsons's season-ending injury, they have regressed but are still a solid unit.

Before Parsons went down, Green Bay was 9-3-1 and leading the No. 1-seeded Denver Broncos. However, they ended up losing that game after Parsons went down and haven't won since, finishing the season 9-7-1.

McKinney will look to help the Packers' defense reset for the postseason as they take on the No. 2 seed Chicago Bears in the Wild Card Round. With Parsons out, he is the best player on Green Bay's defense and will need to lead the unit against Caleb Williams and the Bears' offense to get a playoff win.
