The Green Bay Packers have been linked to a very versatile player.
The Green Bay Packers have some very obvious needs to address in the NFL Draft later this month, and perhaps most glaring of all is their secondary.
The Packers' defensive backfield was a problem this past season, and they really haven't done much of anything to address it this spring.
Green Bay signed Benjamin St-Juste as a depth piece, but it also released Nate Hobbs one year after adding him on a four-year deal.
There is no way general manager Brian Gutekunst can continue to ignore the secondary in the draft, but the issue is that the Packers do not own a first-round pick thanks to the Micah Parsons trade.
Green Bay's highest pick is at No. 52, and it should come as no surprise that Chad Reuter of NFL.com is expecting the Packers to take a defensive back.
In his latest mock draft, Reuter has Green Bay selecting Arizona Wildcats star Treydan Dukes in the second round, which would give the Packers one of the more versatile defenders in this year's draft class.

Stukes racked up 52 tackles, a sack, four interceptions and six passes defended during his final collegiate campaign and has been a late riser on many draft boards.
At 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, Stukes has good size for his position and also finished fifth in NFL.com's athleticism score among safeties at the Scouting Combine.
That's the biggest question with Stukes: is he a cornerback? Is he a safety? Will he play a little bit of both on the professional level?
Versatility can be both a blessing and a curse, but in Stukes' case, it appears that it will be the former.
Again, he has the size to line up outside, so it's not like he is destined to be a nickelback like D'Angelo Ponds. It's just that Stukes can fill either role.
Stukes spent six seasons at Arizona, arriving in 2020. He accumulated 206 tackles, seven picks and 29 passes defended throughout his tenure with the Wildcats.
