The Green Bay Packers' pass rush is certainly a source of contention right now, as Micah Parsons is recovering from a torn ACL, and the Packers traded Rashan Gary to the Dallas Cowboys.
Not only that, but Green Bay lost depth piece Kingsley Enagbare to free agency, so beyond Lukas Van Ness, the Packers have little to nothing in terms of edge rushers.
Yes, Green Bay signed defensive tackle Javon Hargrave to try and shore up the interior, but Hargrave has totaled just 4.5 sacks the past two seasons, so while he is still solid, he is clearly past his prime.
So what will the Packers do now?
Well, players like Jadeveon Clowney and Kyle Van Noy are available, but it seems pretty clear that general manager Brian Gutekunst wants to hold on to his compensatory picks, so that probably rules those guys out.
ESPN's Bill Barnwell floated a few potential options for Green Bay, none of which are particularly exciting. One name mentioned was former New England Patriots linebacker Anfernee Jennings.

But how intriguing would Jennings actually be to the fanbase? Not very.
The 28-year-old managed 26 tackles and a couple of sacks in 14 games this past season and has fallen well short of expectations since being selected by the Patriots in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Jennings has amassed a grand total of 7.5 sacks throughout his professional career, less than the eight sacks he logged during his final year at Alabama in 2019.
The Dadeville, Al. native has never been a pass-rushing threat since entering the league, so he wouldn't move the needle for Green Bay at all.
Unless Gutekunst wants to lose one of his compensatory picks, he probably isn't going to find anyone of significance on the open market, which means the Packers will have to turn to the draft for answers.
The problem is that Green Bay does not have a first-round pick and also badly needs cornerback help, so the Packers might ultimately enter 2026 with a massive hole in their pass rush.
