The Green Bay Packers officially unveil their 2026 coaching lineup. Major defensive shakeups, key offensive additions, and a new special teams leader redefine Green Bay's sideline.

Up until this point, everything has been reported but not confirmed by head coach Matt LaFleur or the Green Bay Packers. It's now official, though, as the Packers have announced their official coaching staff for the 2026 season.

There have been a lot of changes. The biggest was, of course, defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley being poached by the Miami Dolphins to be their new head coach.

LaFleur quickly went out and hired former Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon to replace Hafley. That's been out there since before the Dolphins even made it official with Hafley in January, but over these past few months, Gannon's staff has come into shape.

Since the hiring of Gannon, the Packers have hired Bobby Babich as the secondary/pass game coordinator, Daniel Bullocks as the cornerbacks coach, Sam Siefkes as the linebackers coach, Vince Oghobaase as the defensive line coach, Schott Fuchs as a defensive analyst, and Will Smart as a defensive quality control coach.

Green Bay also promoted former defensive line coach DeMarcus Covington to outside linebackers coach/run game coordinator and assistant head coach.

There weren't as many changes on the offensive side of the ball, which was to be expected since Hafley was a defensive coach. LaFleur is still the play-caller, of course, and underneath him remains offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich, who does not call plays but is integral in the gameplanning on offense.

Though the Packers didn't overhaul their offensive staff, there were still several notable additions.

Noah Pauley was hired as the wideouts coach and T.C. McCartney as an offensive quality control coach. Luke Getsy was promoted from senior offensive assistant to quarterbacks coach and assistant head coach on offense. Rob Grosso will be the assistant wide receivers coach.

On special teams, the Packers replaced Rich Bisaccia with Cam Achord as the new special teams coordinator. Underneath Achord will be two assistant special teams coaches, Corey Harkey and Jeff Koonz.

All in all, here is what the Packers' 2026 staff will look like when considering the holdovers, promotions and new hires:
