Green Bay Packers TE Tucker Kraft tore his right ACL against the Carolina Panthers.

Green Bay Packers TE Tucker Kraft provided a health update on Monday while speaking to reporters at his locker.

Kraft, who tore his right ACL against the Carolina Panthers, is feeling "pretty good" in his rehab process and believes he might be "ahead of schedule."

Kraft tore his ACL on November 2. It will be fascinating to see when the talented playmaker is back in the lineup catching passes from QB Jordan Love.

Kraft appeared in eight games this season. He finished with 32 receptions for 489 yards and six touchdowns.

The Packers selected Kraft with the 78th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. The South Dakota State product has 113 catches for 1,551 yards and 15 touchdowns with Green Bay.

Despite leading 21-3, the Packers lost to the Chicago Bears in the Wild Card Round of the 2026 NFL playoffs. Chicago outscored Green Bay 25-6 in the fourth quarter and won by a final score of 31-27.

The Packers haven't won a playoff game since 2023. Some people around the NFL believe Matt LaFleur could be fired as head coach after choking against the Bears.

For what it's worth, Kraft believes LaFleur will be back next season.

"I think Matt's an outstanding head coach," Kraft said. "There's no doubt in my mind that he'll remain here as a Packer. I think a lot of that talk is pretty silly."

LaFleur is 76-40-1 in the regular season and 3-6 in the playoffs with the Packers. Sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday that the Packers are expected to try to work out a deal in the coming days to keep LaFleur.

"I think he belongs here, man," Packers receiver Jayden Reed said. "The past three years I've been here, I've been in the playoffs every year. He's created a winning atmosphere here. I think he's a great coach. I don't really have any opinions of others in that situation. I feel pretty good about him."
