Tight end Tucker Kraft delivered a message about his future in Green Bay.
Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft is entering the final year of his rookie contract and is coming off a torn ACL, but he is a player the organization should keep around.
Kraft has been a productive weapon for the Packers during his three seasons in the league. In 2023, he hauled in 31 receptions for 355 yards and two touchdowns.
He had a breakout year in 2024, finishing with 50 receptions for 707 yards and seven touchdowns.
In 2025, Kraft was on pace for the best season of his career and emerged as one of the top tight ends in the league, as he had 32 receptions for 489 yards and six touchdowns across eight games.
Kraft may have been an All-Pro if he had not gone down with a torn ACL in Week 9 of the 2025 season. While he is coming off a major injury, Green Bay should lock him up long-term as he is a key weapon for Jordan Love and the offense.

"I'm spoiled to have been drafted here and this is all I know. Green and gold is all I know, so we'd like to keep it that way and my agent and the Packers' front office, they're gonna be in those talks in time when it comes. You guys will find out eventually."
The 25-year-old tight end helped Green Bay play at a high level at the start of the 2025 season, but injuries piled up, and the team fell to the Chicago Bears in the Wild Card Game.
With Kraft back in the fold and his expectation of playing in Week 1 with no snap count, the Packers' offense could reach its full potential.
They have some talented weapons with Kraft, Christian Watson, Matthew Golden, and Jayden Reed to help Love have a great season.
With extensions for Watson and Reed coming earlier this offseason, it makes sense that they get a deal done with Kraft next, as he wants to play his whole career in Green Bay and has become an elite player at his position.
