Green Bay Packers WR Romeo Doubs becomes a free agent this offseason.

Green Bay Packers WR Romeo Doubs spoke about his future with the team during an interview with FanDuel's Kay Adams on Wednesday.

Doubs told Adams that he would love to re-sign with the Packers.

Doubs becomes an unrestricted free agent this offseason. He finished the 2025 campaign with 55 catches for 724 yards and six touchdowns.

The Packers lost to the Chicago Bears in the Wild Card Round of the 2026 NFL playoffs. Doubs had eight catches for 124 yards and a touchdown against the Bears in Chicago.

Green Bay selected Doubs with the 132nd overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Nevada. Doubs has 202 receptions for 2,424 yards and 21 touchdowns with the Packers, who are not expected to re-sign the WR, according to Justis Mosqueda of Acme Packing Company.

"As I've been told, the Packers are not expected to retain Doubs, as contract talks stalled this offseason and haven’t really picked up at any point in any meaningful way," Mosqueda wrote.

Doubs and his camp tried to get the Packers to sign the WR to an extension before the season and during the season, but talks never progressed.

If the Packers decide not to re-sign Doubs, it will be fascinating to see where the Los Angeles native is playing next season. Doubs turns 26 in April. He has appeared in four playoff games and has 20 receptions for 371 yards and two touchdowns.
