Green Bay Packers All-Pro Safety Xavier McKinney got honest about quarterback Jordan Love.
The Green Bay Packers enter the 2026 season among the contenders to win the NFC. They have a talented roster headlined by star quarterback Jordan Love and elite defensive players Micah Parsons and Xavier McKinney.
McKinney had major praise for the Packers quarterback ahead of the upcoming season.
"He's looking good," McKinney said in an appearance on NFL Network.
Love is coming off a career year, as he completed 66.3 percent of his passes for 3,381 yards for 23 touchdowns and six interceptions. The 27-year-old also rushed for 199 yards on 47 carries.
He was third in the MVP race heading into their Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos in the 2025 season. While he was a distant third behind Matthew Stafford and Drake Maye, it speaks to how well Love was playing on the field.

Love has a great setup heading into the 2026 season, with some talented weapons on the roster. They have wide receivers Christian Watson, Matthew Golden, and Jayden Reed, as well as tight end Tucker Kraft and running back Josh Jacobs, for Love to target in the passing attack.
Watson and Kraft had their best seasons in 2025 despite both dealing with injuries. Watson appeared in 10 games as he was returning from a torn ACL he suffered in the 2024 season, but posted 35 receptions for 611 yards and six touchdowns.
Kraft had the opposite: he entered the season healthy, playing in eight games, hauling in 32 receptions for 489 yards and six touchdowns before going down with a torn ACL.
They will be key pieces for Love and the passing game in the 2026 season. Golden will step into a bigger role in his second season after the Packers had a crowded receiver room in his rookie campaign with Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks on the roster.
Love and Green Bay have the offense in place to be successful as they pursue their first Lombardi Trophy since 2010.
