The Panthers Roundtable Podcast Recaps Carolina's 42-13 Loss at New England.

Josh Graham and Will Dalton co-hosts the Panther Roundtable podcast, which will release new episodes every week on the site. Here were the central topics on this week’s pod:

    • A disappointing out by the Carolina Panthers on the road. More specifically, the podcast explores who and what was most responsible in the 29-point loss and the shocking nature of losing by that margin after a 30-0 home win vs. Atlanta.
    • Drake Maye vs. Bryce Young. Once committed to Alabama, Maye out-dueled the former Heisman tropy winner in their first-ever NFL matchup. Maye, a Charlotte native, grew up a Panthers fan, which was made obvious by his Cam Newton-inspired, "Superman" celebration after a rushing touchdown Sunday.
    • The overreaction to the loss — namely, the suggestion that second-year coach Dave Canales is now on the hot seat. After the game, Canales was asked about Young's starting status and whether or not he would already consider making staff changes. He answered those questions directly by saying he wasn't going to make any dramatic changes yet.
    • The Panthers' injuries are piling up. Already without three weapons and two starting offensive lineman, Carolina lost another big guy up front on Sunday in guard Chandler Zavala. The podcast discusses how much the injuries are impacting the offense's performance.
    • Looking ahead to Miami. The upcoming home game with the Dolphins, who will be on a short week after hosting Monday Night Football, looks like, smells like and tastes like a must-win game for the Panthers.

Be sure to follow Roundtable's coverage of Panthers-Dolphins from Bank of America Stadium on Sunday. Kickoff is at 1 p.m.

In addition to the Panther Roundtable Podcast, Graham and Dalton will also host weekly podcasts for other local teams in the state of North Carolina. Both have covered Panther football  for multiple years. They will also host a weekly podcasts covering Charlotte Hornets — plus UNC and Duke athletics — that you can find on those respective channels.

Roundtable would love to engage with you on the Panthers. Please comment on our posts, follow Graham (@JoshGrahamShow) and Dalton (@TheWillDalton) on X and Instagram or create your own community posts.
