The Carolina Panthers will host the Los Angeles Rams in the Wild Card round of the 2026 NFL playoffs.
The Panthers are the No. 4 seed in the NFC playoffs after winning the NFC South.
Carolina beat Los Angeles in Week 13 at home by a final score of 31-28. Rams QB Matthew Stafford threw two interceptions, while Panthers QB Bryce Young threw three touchdowns and zero interceptions.
The Panthers are in the playoffs for the first time since the 2017 season. They are looking to win their first postseason game since the 2015 season. That's the campaign Carolina made it all the way to the Super Bowl behind MVP Cam Newton.
Even though the Panthers beat the Rams in Week 13, LA will be favored to win the postseason game. After all, Stafford and Sean McVay won Super Bowl LVI together and have taken part in the playoffs multiple times, while Carolina is a young team with very little postseason experience.
