A Carolina Panthers wide receiver is earning some praise by making a preseason All-NFL team ahead of the 2026 campaign.

Some of the biggest questions surrounding the Carolina Panthers this season are on the offensive side of the football. We saw what the Panthers' defense could do last season and they ideally got better with some offseason moves.

But on offense, the Panthers have some core players who will need to play well if they want to find success. Names like Bryce Young, Tetairoa McMillan, and Jonathon Brooks will be important. However, one player is earning some preseason recognition from one outlet.

Wide receiver Jalen Coker is coming off another good season with the Panthers and the expectations are on the rise. Coker finished with 33 receptions for 394 yards and three touchdowns.

While that's not WR1 numbers by any means, Coker has produced good for an undrafted free agent. And he's earning praise for that.

Jalen Coker named to All-NFL undrafted team

With the season quickly approaching and training camp beginning in a month, Daire Carragher of Pro Football Focus released his All-NFL undrafted team. Coker earned a spot on the team as a wide receiver:

Coker is the youngest of the trio, with two solid seasons to kick off his career. The Holy Cross alum took a small but steady step forward in Year 2, with ten more receptions, two additional touchdowns and an increase in receiving grade from 73.8 to 75.3. Coker’s size is his greatest gift. Thanks to his 6-foot-3 frame, he hauled in nine catches in traffic on just eleven contested opportunities last season

Jakobi Meyers and Rashid Shaheed were the other two wide receivers who made the list along with Coker. But Coker is the youngest of the trio and has only played two seasons after spending his college career at Holy Cross.

Coker is a perfect fit for the Panthers' offense and doesn't have to be in the spotlight as McMillan is the team's No. 1. There is an opportunity for Coker to get a bigger role this year, especially if someone like Xavier Legette struggles or doesn't take a step forward in his development.

But either way, the Panthers have to feel good about Coker and what he's done so far for them.
