While Drake Maye has been locked in on the field all season, his wife has generated a ton of buzz off of it.
In the era of WAGS (wives and girlfriends) of professional athletes making a name for themselves in the public eye as celebrities in their own right, Maye's wife and longtime significant other, Ann Michael Maye, stands out.
The recently married 22-year-old garnered a ton of fame over the last few months for Patriots fans flooding her TikTok page, where she showed off her baking skills. Rather than rude, inflammatory comments from opposing team fan bases or even tongue-in-cheek comments from Pats fans, (Ann) Maye would receive hilarious and charming well-wishes from her husband's fans in her videos.
"Tell Drake he is single-handedly saving my marriage," one user said. Another commentator said, "Please rub Drake's tummy for proper digestion when he goes to bed at night."
Maye's "Bakemas" videos were a hit on her TikTok page, where she baked something new every day during Christmas, earning her the title "The New Queen of the North."
With that, there has been a lot more press about her newfound fame in the Northeast. Maye announced via a video on NBC Sports Boston's Instagram that she had just finished filming an episode of her upcoming show, "Beyond Bakemas."
To go a step further, Barstool Sports has swooped in and got Maye to come help out on one of its main internet video series, the Dave Portnoy-hosted Barstool Pizza Review.
Usually posted to their social accounts and YouTube, the series consists of five- to ten-minute videos of the Barstool Sports owner trying pizza from all over the country. On the latest episode, Portnoy was joined by the "first lady of New England" at Gianni's Deli and Pizza in Needham, Massachusetts.

Portnoy and Maye are seen mingling with some of the pizza shop's patrons. Maye gave the pizza shop's slice of cheese a score of 8.1.
"Ok, that's a monster score in my book," Portnoy told Maye on the sidewalk out front of the Massachusetts-based pizza place. "In my scale, 8.1 means you'd drive an hour to eat it."
The wife of the Patriots' star quarterback seems to be taking shape in the world of pro football player significant others. The Patriots' fan base has been just as welcoming to the newlyweds as they are grateful for them, too. One can only wonder when she’s spotted in a photo alongside Stefon Diggs’ girlfriend, Cardi B.
