Patriots quarterback Drake Maye knows what it's going to take to beat the Bills.

The New England Patriots are entering a crucial matchup against the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots have been one of the best teams in the league all season long, giving them an opportunity to clinch the AFC East title with a win over the Bills in Week 15.

“They’ve won the division for 5 years. We have something that we need to go take, and know it’s going to be hard to do," quarterback Drake Maye said.

Maye knows it's not going to be an easy matchup against Buffalo as they are one of the best teams in the AFC.

The Bills have rattled off two straight wins and are not far behind New England, as they have a 9-4 record.

The Patriots got the best of them back in Week 5, 23-20. Both teams have only improved since that game, setting up a potential classic with playoff implications.

The game could come down to the play of the two elite quarterbacks. Drake Maye is firmly in the MVP conversation as he's completed 71.5 percent of his passes for 3,412 yards, 23 touchdowns, and six interceptions. He's added 319 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

The reigning MVP, Josh Allen, has played well for Buffalo. He has completed 70.1 percent of his passes for 3,083 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. Allen has rushed for 487 yards and 12 touchdowns.

The Patriots and Bills are two of the best teams in the AFC and have two of the best quarterbacks in the league. This is setting up to be a classic and could reignite the division rivalry, as both teams have foundations that could make them contenders for years to come.

Buffalo will be fighting to keep their hopes for winning the AFC East for the sixth-straight year alive, while the Patriots look to reclaim it for the first time since Tom Brady was under center.

New England will lean on Maye and the offense to continue their elite production, and if their defense can force turnovers as they did against the Bills in Week 5, the Patriots could clinch the division title.
