The Las Vegas Raiders entered Sunday's game with a 2-11 record. With a showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles, the defending Super Bowl champions, and Kenny Pickett starting for Las Vegas against his former team, it did not look promising at all.
The Eagles dominated the first half with a 17-0 lead, and then the took a 24-0 into the final quarter of the game.
Pickett had thrown for only 70 yards with an interception in the first three quarters, and there weren't many notable plays by the Raiders.
But, star defensive end Maxx Crosby did make some history and moved past Los Angeles Rams legend Aaron Donald. The Raiders PR account posted it on X.
"DE Maxx Crosby (@CrosbyMaxx) now has 26 tackles for loss this season, passing Aaron Donald (25) for the sixth most tackles for loss in a single season by a defensive lineman since 2000."
Crosby also had a sack going into the fourth quarter, giving him his 10th of the year and allowing him to join other names on an NFL list, per the Raiders PR account.
"DE Maxx Crosby (@CrosbyMaxx) has now notched his fourth season with 10.0+ sacks. He tied Haason Reddick (4) and Trey Hendrickson (4) for the fifth most seasons of 10.0+ sacks since 2019."
While the 2025 season has been a lost cause for Las Vegas, Crosby's play continues to be among the best in the league at his position.
