With the Los Angeles Rams still needing an upgrade at the wide receiver position, here are three free agent options the team may consider bringing in.

Much to the dismay of analysts and fans, the Los Angeles Rams waited until the sixth round to bring in a pass catcher, as they moved up to select Miami wide receiver CJ Daniels.

Daniels could factor into the passing game, but the team may still want to rely more on Xavier Smith and Konta Mumpfield, unless the rookie shows a ton of promise in training camp and preseason.

With the need for more of an impact player, the Rams may want to explore the free agent market to ensure they have enough to go on antoher deep playoff run. That being said, here are three options for Los Angeles to explore.

3. DeAndre Hopkins

The Baltimore Ravens signed DeAndre Hopkins, but did not find the correct way to utilize his skill set. That could have been due to the injuries that plagued the team, leaving the receiver without a true chance to sign.

During the flag football event thrown by Tom Brady, Hopkins showed he is still a viable deep threat, catching a bomb from Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow. Hopkins may have seen his production take a major hit in recent years, but he could be brought in on a league minimum deal to give Matthew Stafford a big-time weapon.

2. Jauan Jennings

Former San Francisco 49ers receiver Jauan Jennings is still without a team. He suffered some unfortunate injuries in 2025, but he still managed to bring in 643 yards and nine touchdowns.

Jennings is also a big body that has proven he can leap up for contested catches while also attacking the middle of the field in a solid way. He might command a larger contract, but if the Rams are serious about improving the position, he could be a viable threat through the air.

1. Keenan Allen

Keenan Allen might be a one-year receiver due to his age in the NFL, but he has the smarts and skills to give the Rams another pass catcher similar to Davante Adams. Allen picked up 777 yards and four touchdowns in his reunion with the Los Angeles Chargers.

If Los Angeles wants a proven veteran who plays no-nonsense football, who better than the nine-year veteran? Allen offers experience and a big catch radius for Stafford.

Despite his NFL playing age, the Rams picking him up would prove they are attempting to go all-in, which would not be a terrible move at all.
