Los Angeles Rams stars Davante Adams and Puka Nacua have left the game with concerning injuries.

Los Angeles Rams star Davante Adams exited the Detroit Lions game with what appeared to be a concerning non-contact injury.

Adams was running a route when he suffered the leg injury. He fell to the turf, grasping at his leg. After spending a few moments on the ground, he was able to leave the game on his own power.

Adams skipped the blue medical tent and went directly into the locker room. The Rams have given him a questionable status due to a hamstring injury. It is highly likely he will not return.

The scene did not look good, as Adams looked to be in some considerable pain.

One of the bigger concerning aspects of the injury is that Adams missed the whole week of practice due to a hamstring ailment. There is no telling if the hamstring was re-aggravated during that play, but the star receiver suffered something significant.

Adams started the game off a bit quietly, but he came alive in the third quarter. He secured 71 yards on four catches, with most of that yardage coming off two passes for 36 yards in the third quarter.

Now, the Rams may be faced with a reality where Adams suffered an aggravation that would knock him out for more than one game.

The good news is the Rams just got back Tutu Atwell, though he has been quiet in his return game. Atwell only has one catch for nine yards at the time of this writing.

The day has belonged to Puka Nacua, who has picked jup 169 yards on the day.

The Rams have plenty of weapons to utilize with Adams not in the lineup. On top of Nacua, Atwell, and tight end Colby Parkinson, there are Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, who have been solid on the ground.

Rams head coach Sean McVay will offer a post-game injury update on Adams, but he remains out of the game.

Shortly after the Adams injury, Nacua also suffered a concerning injury.

During a catch, he was crashed into, leading to him writhing on the ground in considerable pain. McVay went out to check on his young star, and things looked to be a bit dire.

The good news is that Nacua was also able to get up on his power and head into the locker room. The telecast indicated that it could be cramps, and that fact was confirmed by the sideline reporter.

Nacua may also not make it back to the field, considering there is only a few minutes left.

The Rams are also way ahead at 41-27, so both Adams and Nacua are unlikely to return to the game.
