The Los Angeles Rams have their official draft picks set following compensatory selections and the trade for Trent McDuffie.

The Los Angeles Rams pulled off one of the biggest blockbuster trades for the 2026 season, securing All-Pro cornerback Trent McDuffie for the No. 29 overall, plus more draft compensation.

With the McDuffie trade concluded and the Rams also receiving their official compensatory picks, here are the team's selections for the 2026 NFL Draft:

First-round: No. 13 overall

Second-round: No. 61 overall

Third-round: No. 93 overall

Sixth-round: No. 207 overall

Seventh-round: No. 232 overall

Seventh-round: No. 251 overall

Seventh-round: No. 252 overall

The Rams sent over No. 29 overall, No. 169 (fifth-round), and No. 210 overall (sixth-round) to acquire McDuffie. They still have seven picks to work with.

Considering the all-in nature of the team, they may want to use some of the later rounds to make a move up to land a player they feel can be a more plug-and-play type of producer.

Had the Rams not traded the No. 29 overall, general manager Les Snead may have wanted to trade out of the first round to stack another first-round selection in 2027.

That was not the case, but the team is still picking in the top 15, which will be huge. Los Angeles could still opt to trade down, stacking more draft capital for the future.

It will be interesting to see if Snead also wants to stay in that position to select quarterback Ty Simpson, wide receivers Carnell Tate, Makai Lemon, or Jordyn Tyson, tight end Kenyon Sadiq, or offensive lineman Francis Maugioa or Vega Ioane.

There are tons of options for the Rams to choose from, but it would not be the least bit surprising if the team makes a deal to move down.

There are usually tons of teams wanting to leap into the top 15 to secure players they deem as day-one starters. The same can be said for Snead and the front office, but the Rams also need to be looking toward the future.

Despite not having the deeper need for Matthew Stafford's successor currently, there needs to be a quarterback in mind that Snead wants to take a gamble on. The 2027 NFL Draft is said to have higher talent, with Oregon's Dante Moore and Texas's Arch Manning being two of the top prospects for that year.

If that is the plan for the Rams, then trading down would make a ton of sense. Either way, Los Angeles can bolster this already impressive roster with a host of younger talent come April.
