The Los Angeles Rams are viewed as having one of the more complete rosters in the NFL with the 2026 season looming.

The Los Angeles Rams are aiming to be the last team standing in 2026. After arguably falling one possession short of a shot at playing for the Lombardi Trophy, the team has another shot to go on a deep playoff run this season.

Considering the core of the roster stayed together, Los Angeles has a strong chance to be a Super Bowl contender, and they have been labeled as the "most complete roster."

NFL writer Eric Edholm believes the Rams enter the 2026 season with the league’s most complete roster. He ranked them at No. 1 ahead of the defending Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks.

"L.A. might boast the NFL’s best offense, depending on Puka Nacua’s rehabilitation and Davante Adams’ health. QB Matthew Stafford returns for at least another season following his MVP campaign, with most of last year’s two-deep stacked up behind him. Add in myriad talents at tight end and two quality runners (Kyren Williams and Blake Corum) operating behind a respectable offensive line, and this unit has few obvious weaknesses," Edhold wrote.

The Rams are certainly one of the few teams in the league with few very weaknesses. At the end of the 2025 season, their clear weakness was at the cornerback position. \

Instead of potentially waiting to see if they could land a potential starter in the draft, the Rams quickly rebuilt the unit by adding Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson to bolster that position.

As for the rest of their defense, their pass rush is elite with Byron Young, Jared Verse, Braden Fiske, and more.

They have proven safeties in the back end of their secondary that include captain Quentin Lake and Kam Curl. Their one blemish might be the linebacker spot. They have one reliable player there in Nate Landman, but beyond that, there isn't much to obsess over.

As for the Rams offense, it is as good as it gets. They have the reigning MVP, quarterback Matthew Stafford, manning the helm.

Pass catchers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams might also be the best duo in the league, barring the health of Adams.

The Rams' running game is also solid with Kyren Williams and Blake Corum. The group is young and dynamic, which really brings Sean McVay’s offense together.

The offensive line is another unit that is among the top in the NFL. They are a strong, reliable unit that is considered top-15 in the league.

Warren McLendon emerged as a top tackle after taking over for Rob Havenstein, and Steve Avila, Kevin Dotson, and Alaric Jackson helped to solidify protection for Stafford.

The offensive line provides seams for Williams and Corum, as well as time for Stafford to shred opposing defenses and keep him upright.

The one weakness of the Rams' offense may be their lack of wide receiver depth. Many thought they would address that with their No. 13 overall pick, but instead, they used it on their quarterback of the future in Ty Simpson.

Despite that pick receiving a ton of backlash, the Rams still have all they need to hoist another Super Bowl banner this decade.
