Los Angeles Rams offensive tackle Alaric Jackson has been arrested following an alleged domestic battery incident.

Jackson was arrested in his San Fernando Valley home. The Los Angeles Police Department told NBC 4.

The Rams offensive lineman was booked at 4:24 a.m. on Tuesday and was later released on $50,000 bond at 7:20 a.m.

Per the story on NBC 4 and the LAPD sources, Jackson and the unnamed woman reportedly got into an argument.

Jackson allegedly thought the unnamed woman from the incident was recording him on her phone. The pair reportedly got into an altercation, resulting in the woman sustaining scratches on her arm.

The case will now be submitted to the LA County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.

The California Post also obtained more information from the LAPD on the incident, which stated:

"During the investigation," the LAPD rep said, "Alaric Jackson was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence."

"Due to victim confidentiality requirements related to domestic violence cases, no further information can be released at this time."

Unfortunately for Jackson, this is not the first time that he’s had legal trouble. Just a mere eight months ago, in November 2025, Jackson was accused of wrongdoing when a woman who identified herself as "Jane Doe" sued him for allegedly recording her without her consent during sex and then lying about deleting the video.

Jackson will be vital in getting the Rams over the top again. The 27-year-old lineman has been a mainstay with the team for the past five seasons.

The former Iowa Hawkeye signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent in May 2021. He made the Rams' 53-man roster out of training camp and eventually made his NFL debut in late October against the Houston Texans.

Jackson played a role in the Rams' Super Bowl title run in his rookie season. After that, he developed into a solid offensive lineman for the Rams.

From 2023 on, Jackson has developed into a starter. In total, Jackson has played in 57 games and has started in 51 of them for Los Angeles. Last season, Jackson had an overall grade of 82.9 according to Pro Football Focus. That ranked 11th out of 89 for tackles.

On top of that, his run blocking was incredible, with a grade of 84.3, which ranked 10th out of 89 among tackles.

Only time will tell how this incident plays out for Jackson.
