The NFL has released the Los Angeles Rams' official offseason workout schedule for 2026.
Per an official release from the NFL. The Rams' offseason program will begin later this month, on April 20. That is a little under a week before the 2026 NFL Draft.
A little over a month later, Organized Training Activities, aka OTAs, will commence from May 26-28, June 1-2, June 4, June 8-9, and June 11.
Four days after the end of OTAs, mandatory minicamp practice will be underway from June 15-16.
The NFL offseason programs will be the first opportunity for the Rams and their coaching staff to get things settled and structured for the upcoming season. It gives a chance for the coaching staff to implement the system, for players to learn the new schemes, and for coaches to evaluate roster talent in person.
These nine-week voluntary programs are broken into three phases, gradually progressing from conditioning work to OTAS. It is all designed to build chemistry, reinforce practice habits, and evaluate key position battles.
As things stand this offseason, the Rams are the favorites to hoist the Lombardi trophy. They are one of the more complete teams from top to bottom, featuring an elite front office, top-notch head coach and quarterback, a high-powered offense and a defense that they bolstered this offseason.
Los Angeles has all the tools to be the last team standing when the 2026 season is all said and done. While they have a long way to go in order to complete that mission, the Rams are on the right track.
The Rams aren't done improving their roster as well. The draft will be a perfect opportunity for the Rams to fix some holes on their roster or mightily improve in departments they are already strong in.
They’re in a position to do so in this draft, thanks to the strength of their current roster and the overall depth of the class.
The Rams could go a multitude of ways late this month. However, many predict they will likely lean toward an offensive player, whether that is another pass catcher to pair alongside Puka Nacua and Davante Adams or some more protection on the offensive line for Matthew Stafford.
Whatever way the Rams decide to go in the draft, they are in a great position to bolster their roster for the upcoming season.
The NFL Draft is a three-day event from April 23-25, 2026. It will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
