Los Angeles Rams defensive end Aaron Donald says he "feels great" amid his return for Week 5.

The Los Angeles Rams are looking to pull off their first back-to-back win of the 2026 season as they face the Buffalo Bills on Monday night.

It will be a tough challenge considering how good the Bills are and with an MVP talent in quarterback Josh Allen.

Los Angeles may have a big piece to stop Allen in defensive end Aaron Donald, who is now tracking to play after missing Week 4.

Getting Donald back comes at a good time, considering getting Allen's face will be one of the sure-fire ways the Rams can win this game.

Despite Donald's return, there are several concerns for the roster.

Linebackers Grant Stuard (hamstring) and Josaiah Stewart (groin) missed back-to-back practices, leaving their chances of playing against the Bills in doubt.

Additionally, Nate Landman is also dealing with a shoulder injury, and his absence would make the linebacker depth very hard to deal with.

Safety Quentin Lake is also dealing with a hip injury and missed consecutive practices as well. Fellow secondary player, cornerback Jaylen Watson also remains limited after suffering a dislocated shoulder in Week 3.

Watson has more of a chance to play, considering he has simply been limited and has not missed practice.

Tight end Colby Parkinson was also upgraded from limited on Thursday to a full participant on Friday. He is dealing with a knee and shoulder injury, but his return will be huge for the unit, which has already lost Terrance Ferguson.

The third and final injury report released on Saturday will determine where each player stands. If the DNP cases remain out, they will not play. If the limited players are upgraded, they will likely take the field.

If they are downgraded, it will also lead to a missed game.

Rams head coach Sean McVay made mention of the injuries to key players, but this is the reality that Los Angeles must find a way to maneuver around if they want a chance to beat the Bills.

Beating Buffalo could be a statement and the kind of victory that may propel the team to regain its confidence after a rocky 2-2 start.

Again, with Donald coming back, the pass rush needs to find way to get after Allen.
