The Los Angeles Rams have lost two critical players, as wide receiver Jordan Whittington and defensive tackle Kobie Turner exited the game with injuries.

The NFC Championship between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks has been a huge back-and-forth battle, but now Los Angeles has run into some big injury trouble.

During the third quarter, two critical players were both injured.

Wide receiver Jordan Whittington and defensive tackle Kobie Turner were taken to the locker room minutes apart from one another. Per the Rams' socials, Whitingon has a chest injury, while Turner is suffering from cramps.

Both are questionable to return due to their respective ailments. While Whittington's injury might keep him out of the game, cramps don't usually sideline players for long.

It was not clear what occurred that caused Whittington to suffer the chest injury that has knocked him out of the game.

Turner may be able to return if he gets some fluids in the locker room. Regardless, losing both players will be tough to deal with.

The Rams' defense has been critical in stopping Sam Darnold and the Seahawks offense from padding the score too much. Though both teams have scored a lot of points, there have been some big stops as well.

Turner is a critical aspect of the Rams' pass rush, which has gotten after Darnold plenty.

Whittington has been used in the passing game, but he is also a major part of the Rams' special teams, fielding kickoff and punt returns.

There is still plenty of football left to play, but the Rams are down two very important contributors on both sides of the ball.

Through three quarters, the Rams are trailing the Seahawks with a score of 31-27. As stated, it has been a major back-and-forth affair thus far.

Both teams have had huge plays, but the Rams have only led once during the entire game. With Turner potentially out for the rest of the game, the rest of the defense has to step up to stop the Seahawks offense from marching downfield.

Stafford has been able to spread the ball around plenty, throwing big-time downfield passes to both Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Oddly enough, the tight ends have not contributed nearly as much in this matchup.
