Los Angeles Rams defensive end Myles Garrett has linked up with the USC Trojans.

Since being added to the Los Angeles Rams, Myles Garrett has been integrating into life in L.A., throwing out a pitch at a Dodgers game, and he has now linked up with the USC Trojans.

Garrett took some time to meet up with the team to engage in a workout. The meet-up and workout were captured on social media.

It is always a good sign when a player starts to buy into the idea of the culture of their given city, and Garrett has been ensuring that he takes in the Rams and the surrounding city culture.

The Trojans also get the huge benefit of working out with one of the best defenders and pass rushers in the league. They can pick Garrett's brain and likely did just that.

Garrett joining the Rams was something that nobody foresaw coming, as the blockbuster trade went down at the beginning of June. The trade saw the Los Angeles front office send Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick, and a 2029 third-round pick for the reigning Defensive Player of the Year.

Garrett will undoubtedly change the Rams' defense, but nobody quite knows just how much. The defense was already full of playmakers such as defensive linemen Kobie Turner and Poona Ford, along with Braden Fiske and linebacker Byron Young.

Now, Garrett joins a team that was on the precipice of securing a Super Bowl appearance. The issue was the Seattle Seahawks, who had the best defense in the NFL.

The Rams have other teams in the NFC that will be competitive and tough to deal with, but their all-in nature was on full display with the addition of Garrett. That's also not to mention the rebuilt secondary that contains Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson.

Garrett figures to play a major part in the Rams moving forward, as he was also given a restructured four-year contract in Los Angeles. He will essentially make about the same as he did with the Cleveland Browns, but is still signed for as many seasons.

With Garrett being with the Rams for multiple seasons, he is sure to make more of an impact on the Los Angeles area, including appearing more at the local colleges to offer his expertise to the up-and-coming football players.

With training camp set to start at the end of July, Garrett could appear at even more staples before the season gets underway.
