The Los Angeles Rams have released their inactives, and safety Quentin Lake will take the field against the Buffalo Bills.

The Los Angeles Rams are set to face the Buffalo Bills on "Monday Night Football," and the team has now released its official inactives list for the game.

Among the inactives are rookie wide receiver C.J. Daniels and tight end Max Klare. However, the Rams also got some good news in the form of safety Quentin Lake not being on the list. The full list is as follows:

WR C.J. Daniels Jr.

QB Ty Simpson (emergency 3rd QB)

Lake had been dealing with a hip injury throughout the week, which led to him missing the first two days of practice on Thursday and Friday. After being upgraded to limited on Saturday, he was labeled as questionable for the game.

Rams head coach Sean McVay had stated that Lake was "trending in the right direction," but there was no guarantee that the safety would be able to take the field.

With Lake back in the lineup, Los Angeles has their full strength in the secondary, as cornerback Jaylen Watson is also returning after suffering a dislocated shoulder in Week 3. The injury led to him missing Week 4, but McVay stated the injury had happened previously, pointing to it potentially not being serious.

Watson, fellow cornerback Trent McDuffie, and Lake will all be needed to ensure they can stop the high-flying prowess of Bills quarterback Josh Allen.

Defensive end Aaron Donald is also making his return after missing Week 4 due to a back injury. He appeared on the report earlier in the week before the Rams faced the Philadelphia Eagles, and McVay pointed to the injury being something that could become worse.

Instead of risking a longer-term affect, the Rams chose to sit Donald.

Joining Donald, Watson, and Lake is tight end Colby Parkinson. The tight end suffered a knee injury in Week 3, leading to his exit from the game. He was then ruled out right before the Eagles matchup to also preserve his health.

Klare being made inactive pointed to Parkinson being healthy and ready to go. He will join veteran Tyler Higbee and Davis Allen as the tight ends who will suit up against the Bills.

Monday is a major challenge for this Rams team, which has performed in a very up-and-down manner thus far. They will need to play their A-game to keep pace with the Bills, who currently sit at 3-1.

If the Rams win, it will be their first back-to-back victory in the 2026 season.
