The Los Angeles Rams have lost multiple players for weeks, along with defensive tackle Poona Ford being lost for the season.

The Los Angeles Rams are sitting at 2-4 this season, and now the team has been hit with some very devastating injuries.

Per head coach Sean McVay, both wide receiver Davante Adams and defensive tackle Poona Ford have suffered significant injuries.

McVay spoke to the media today to reveal that Ford has suffered a ruptured triceps, and that will end his 2026 season.

Additionally, Adams suffered a ruptured hamstring injury that will sideline him for six to 10 weeks.

The injuries did not stop there, as McVay also revealed that kicker Blake Grupe suffered a torn ACL after attempting to stop a kickoff return touchdown.

Defensive tackle Kobie Turner also suffered a groin injury that will sideline him for four to six weeks, and will make him a candidate for IR.

McVay also let it be known that defensive end Myles Garrett will not be activated off IR this week, so there is no return for the much-needed defensive standout as well.

Los Angeles has now been hit with some very significant injuries, which may lead to their season being completely lost. While losing a kicker is one thing, there are several starters on this list who have now been hit hard.

There were already some major inconsistencies that the Rams were facing in how they had played through six weeks. These injuries also make a bit more sense, as they may have been ailments that those players had been dealing with.

That is just speculation, but now the Rams will be without two of their starting defensive linemen, a kicker, and a wide receiver.

Considering how Los Angeles has been built, they may not have the depth, money, or capital to attempt to bring in some reserves to help them finish out this season.

The Rams were already treading dangerous waters of not winning the NFC West with a 2-4 record, but they might now not be able to fight their way to the playoffs with this many losses.

General manager Les Snead may be attempting to get some players in ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline, but that might also not be the case considering where the Rams sit with their current record.

Los Angeles does have some depth, but they also only drafted five players, many of which might not offer much in the way of depth and rotational help.

If the Rams want to continue to chase a solid record and the playoffs, they will definitely need some help from trades or free agents.
